EASY PHP DOES NOT START

I have downloaded ed installed
Easy PHp
After I installed without any error message.

When I double click the program Easy PHP, I see a form correct:

10:05 01:10:05 Easy PHP: Avvio server
But the program is not terminated and I have to restart with ctrl-alt-del the computer.

My system is windows xp home edition versione 2002 service pack 2.
